The CR 93 (Middlebush Road/Myers Corners Road) Corridor Management Plan came about as a request from the Town of Wappinger to the Dutchess County DPW, who recommended the project be brought to the PDCTC for placement on the Council’s work program (UPWP). In December 2009, the PDCTC released a Request for Proposals and selected a team led by Wilbur Smith Associates to assist with development of the plan.
