Project Objective
To identify and recommend land use and transportation policies and projects that will improve vehicular and non-vehicular travel for the entire length of CR 93 from State
Route 9D to State Route 376.
Project Status
The project team has
completed an analysis of the existing land
use and transportation conditions along the
corridor. A public meeting was held on
November 18th to present the findings of
this analysis and to get feedback from the
public. A copy of the presentation and a
comment form can be found under Project
Materials.

Project History
The CR 93 Corridor Management Plan started as a request from the Town of Wappinger
to Dutchess County Public Works, who recommended that the project be brought to the PDCTC for placement on the Council’s work program. The PDCTC released a Request for Proposals in 2008 and in 2009 selected a team led by Wilbur Smith Associates to assist with development of the plan.
