Located at the intersection of Myers
Corners and All Angels Road is
Schlathaus Park, the hub of all
recreation related activity in the Town
of Wappinger. The Recreation Director’s
Office and the Recreation Commission
Meeting Room are housed at Schlathaus
Park. The Recreation Secretary’s Office
is located in the Town Hall at 20
Middlebush Road.
Schlathaus Park also is the home to
popular events such as:
- Community Day
- The Halloween Parade
- The Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
- The Playground End of Summer Picnic
- Schlathaus Memorial Race
- The Summer Concert Series
- The Family Fun Night Series
