The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five members pursuant to the provisions of Local Law, each member is appointed by the Town Board for a term of five years. Vacancies are filled by appointment for remainder the un-expired term.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing and deciding appeals and requests for variances from the requirements set by the local building code for the Town of Wappinger.

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m.
